Everything we need as a family in a microwave

This product is an upgrade to the microwave we had before. We thoroughly enjoyed the previous one. We also went with this model so that we didn’t have to replace the trim kit.

I just purchased this unit today so I really haven't had much time to try it out. However I have set the unit up, plugged it in, and tried some of the features. There two things that I had problems with. First, everyone should be aware that this unit DOES NOT come with a printed user's guide. You either have to go to the web site and print it out yourself (a total of 36 pages) or you have to call and ask for them to send you a print copy. Either way you cannot start using the unit until you acquire the guide. The other thing I noticed was that you had to press the buttons very hard to get them to activate and do what you want to have happen. I found that pushing the buttons hard enough to get them to work caused the unit to slide across the counter. It looks like I will have to go out an purchase a sheet of material that will keep the unit from sliding while under normal usage. As I stated above, I haven't had much of a chance to use this microwave oven much yet. I am hoping that the features of the unit will work as advertised and I will grow to like the unit. Until then, I really cannot recommend this unit to others. I'll have to just wait and see. Sorry!

A little disappointed

I like the features, but disappointed in the decal/paper on the express number pad. After only a month of use, the number pad is worn and torn. It looks not new anymore.
