Easy to use features

This is the first mocrowave we have had in 10 years. What an upgrade! We like the wide variety of power levels from level one (keeping food warm) to level ten (cooking bacon and fish).

we had been using a preview version of this microwave for over 10+ years. We were so fascinated that we decided to upgrade it and this version is so powerful it reheat food in less time and all through. Simple, convenient, and powerful.

No Power After 1 Month

The microwave would not power up after 1 month of use. I tried all the troubleshooting ideas in the owners manual but nothing worked. I will return this to the store I bought it. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
