Quality issues; manual doesn't reflect underlying

Very unhappy with this item:
1) The bottom plate that supports the feet is out of line (the oven wobbles). There is no evidence of damage (due to shipping, transportation, etc) - it is a result of lack of Quality Control
2) The big, 3-sided, panel is not butting well and there are large gaps between it and adjacent front top trim and control panels. There is bulging on the bottom-side edges where you can see parts were forced in the assembly. Again, evidence of no QC process
3) The manual for this exact model is not correct. Some examples (but not all issues) are: a) There is no "HELP" pad on the control panel of the appliance (see page 24 in the manual) b) There is no "Scroll Speed" adjustment (not even a pad you can touch); there is no such pad in the control panel of this model appliance c) The "Beeper" volume can not be adjusted (the default volume is very low, just audible ONLY within few feet in the kitchen). Also, the LCD is extremely bright and can not be adjusted.
AGAIN, there is no evidence, whatsoever, of any accidental damage on the unit I bought but it is about manufacturing, assembly, and (non-existent) Quality Control.

Hello. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience, though we hate to hear you are unhappy with your microwave.
The Owner's manual would be common for few microwave models. The scroll speed button is nothing but the AM/PM setting. However, the beeper sound level can be adjusted by pressing the beeper volume and choosing 0–3 for mute to loud.
We are constantly upgrading our appliances with newer technologies and seeking the best results.

Replacing old microwave

So far the microwave is working as it should. Have had it a couple of weeks. It's very roomy inside. Large enough to put a 9 X 13 cake pan in it.
