So far so good. No problems. 1200 watts is more than our last microwave which means we must adjust cooking time.

We have only had this microwave for three weeks, but it is working well for us. It operates quietly and intuitively. We have been taking advantage of most of the features and, so far, we have been pleased with it.

Old model was better

Power level is different than the older models and very inconvenient. It is not as the instructions say. It's very confusing. I liked my old microwave much better! Is there a way to reprogram it?

There is not a way to reprogram the current power levels on this microwave. However, we recommend mostly using "High" which is the max power level to thoroughly cook most foods. Also, we are going to forward this information over to our product team to review. That way they can keep things in mind for improvements we can implement going forward.
