My last GE microwave lasted 16 years with a family of 4 using it constantly!! Hopefully this one will last as long, which I’m sure it will

GE Microwave

I was really disappointed in this microwave. I used it for about one week and then put it back in the box and storage. I ordered a different brand. There was no instruction booklet provided, I had to download one and that attempt did not work so I had no direction on how to operate the product.

This is the 3rd microwave I've purchased over the last 15 years. Let's hope this one lasts longer than the first 2.

Bought this unit as a replacement for my GE profile they look almost identical, same exact size fit my same trim kit and operate the same way with the same power. I’m very happy not sure why someone would spend 800 for the profile when they can buy this one for three or 400.

So far so good and I almost didn’t buy. It was a replacement for JE1860SH04 of which your GE support told me there was no replacement and I might want to check other manufacturers. Glad I didn’t listen.It fit perfectly in the same frame and was easy to install
