Good but disappointing in overall quality!

GE microwave is a good product. It is replacing another GE microwave I had for 13 years. The door on this new microwave doesn’t shut tightly and the appearance of the door’s stainless steel trim is lacking in quality. It was assembled in China. I hope this new unit will last as long as the old one did.

I like the microwave, but , it would be easier for me to use if it came with a simple how to use owners manual. The manual should give details on how all the functions work and how to engage them.

1st microwave didn't last a year. Bought another one and I'm still waiting for the refund on the 1st one. Ask me again in a year GE.

We received our first GE model JES2051SN5SS back in 2010. We loved the express cook. So it only made sense to buy the same model again. Hoping this microwave lasts as long.

Great microwave. Large capacity. Wish it was easier to do small time increments, less than 30, easier. An additional button has to be pushed. Other than that. It's great!
