I really like this microwave. It’s my 3rd one in 20 years. I use it all the time. Easy to use n to keep clean.

Big size with a lot of features!!!

We bought this microwave several months to replace a smaller microwave that lasted about 8 years. This microwave is very advanced and easy to use compared to our old microwave. However, there is one issue with it regarding to the push button to open the microwave door. It sometimes get stuck in the in position that is why we removed one star from the rating. Otherwise, all other features and functions work as expected.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The oven is good and it works well. The issue I have is that there is not a written guide available. A simplified fact sheet came with the oven and it stated that one could call to order a paper copy of the full manual. I called and was told that hard-copy manuals hadn't been available for two years. I was disappointed. I asked if they could please print one up for me, but was told they could not because they are saving paper. I have managed to figure things out. I am left-handed and the door opening mechanism needs to be operated by the right hand or it bangs your hand if operated with the left hand. The oven microwave cooks just fine, but I still wanted to give honest feedback.
