I bought this 3 yrs ago. The best dishwasher I ever had quite and works great only drawback the racks rusted and had to be replaced but they were under warranty and LG was great in replacing them quickly

The only reason I only gave it a "good" rather than "excellent" rating is the dishwasher racks are starting to rust and have burn marks on them. I have had to reorder new ones which the company did provide me.

Our LG dishwasher has lasted years. Loved it but..

.. the rack is something to be desired! The dishwasher itself we have found is great. Quiet [in our open floor plan home], gets our dishes clean and with no heating element on the bottom means no melted plastics, great feature! The rack needs redesign of metal used so it doesn't rust right away. Due to the area of rust spot being out of the way, we have been able to put off replacing for years. The other downfall of the rack is that the wheels go off the track often and is a back breaking experience getting it back on when full [as well as the swearing fits that ensues each time it happens with a full load of dishes]. we were kind of hoping the company would have started making better racks by the time we did need to buy one. I would like to think these two things could be easily fixed; I would have given an additional two stars for this product.

Total of 3 racks, top rack for those items that could get lost. I love the silverware holder, individual holes to keep the silverware from clumping up together. For larger items just fold down the racks! Very accommodating to your specific needs!

Racks rust very badly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Badly rusted. The rust is in areas that you don't typically look at, because they're not facing the front. So you don't notice until it's too late for the warranty to cover the problem.

I love the height adjustable top rack for tall cups etc. as well as the third row on the top for smaller items or silverware. Great features!
