[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This "brand new" dishwasher came with our home when we purchased it earlier this year. The racks roll off the rails constantly, there is no room for tall glasses, dishes consistently aren't clean. Less than six months after install, it's broken twice in a week. It's no wonder to me that this model has been discontinued. I will likely replace this soon, and it certainly will not be with an LG.
