Fortunately it was still under warranty, of course that means it happened in the first couple of years from purchase. Also does not let you know when it needs more Jet Dry, you just know because nothing gets dry.

Replaced Vario Motor three times so far

I will keep replacing the motor until new other brand white third rack dishwasher become available in 300 days. Then this dishwasher will go to the curb.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our dishwasher. We’ve had it for several years now. Biggest issue is the black steel film peeling on the front. Had to have it replaced twice now. Luckily LG is very accommodating in replacing it.

Horrible how the racks look, and I have to purchase them on my own. they are about 50 % of the total cost of the dishwasher, please keep away of this unit, read all reviews.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher in April of 2021 , but the dishes was always wet , we learned from an LG tech that they use very little water , so depending on how far away your hot water heater tank is , you will likely just get cold water coming in , so a quick remedy is to let your hot water run in sink till very hot then run the dishwasher , your dishes will be bone dry , a plumber could offer other choices too .
