Defective parts

The bottom rack was replaced because the racks wouldn't stay up, the top rack has rusted and the rack spokes are breaking iff. I have had it about 5 years. it shouldn't be defective already. Paid extra for smudge free, smudges present that don't wash off.

Bought this in 2013 and it’s now dead. Worst appliance I’ve ever bought. Arms fall off, made of cheap plastic. You have to take the arms off and rinse them when they get full or food particles.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This DW has been awful from the start, never dried dishes, always smelled and now at just 5 yrs in (2/4/22) water won't drain. Reading these reviews I'm terrified to ask for help. I have LG TVs and love them, never had a problem. This DW replaced the original 17yrs old one that came with our new house. We should have kept it since it worked. We wanted stainless steel and now that's all we have.

Bad bottom rack design

My LG dishwasher is almost 5 years old. From the start I hated the bottom rack with the tines that can be adjusted for different size plates and bowls. The tines fall down and it takes a lot of effort to load the dishwasher. I’ve tried using twist ties to keep them in place but no luck. If I replace it with a new bottom basket, will it still have that terrible design?

Rusted Out Racks

Our racks have rusted out and evertime I unload it’s seems another part breaks off from the rust. Even the plastic attachments that hold the utensils to the rack broke. The unfortunate part is that it runs very good but it’s falling apart
