Technician could not fix

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not had a chance to see how it works because it would stop about 2 min into the cycle and give me an OE message. They are sending a replacement.

Very quiet until.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So bought this in November 2016, June 2017 and start hearing weird whining/grating/space ship noises from washer. Advised this is common for this model and once fixed only a matter of time to return. Not sure to share my opinions with the salesman or LG...the silverware rack has broken after month of ownership, the replacement also broke and is now held together with zip ties. The rack dish design engineer should be fired! the plates fall over on top of them selves as no recess for plate to rest in, poor engineering, poor quality...3 of 4 LG Appliances failed within months of ownership

Terrible dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a little over a year ago. From the start it hasn't worked well. Loading it is a nightmare. Plates ALWAYS fall over. Soap dispenser does not open during wash. Have tried different detergents and nothing seems to work. Had repairman out twice. Says maybe it's our water pressure. Really.... never had an issue before
I love LG products but going forward will stay away. Now going to eventually buy a new dishwasher since I have to hand wash my dishes at this point. Very disappointed!!

second rack doesnt clean well

Worst dishwasher I could have picked!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Here are the reasons to be disappointed (!) in this dishwasher..No way to load dishes where they don't all fall over, over 2 hours for a cycle, and then the dishes don't get clean, the lettering on the control panel is not backlit so it is not visible in normal lighting without a flashlight. And now 6 months after delivery it needs to be repaired because the impeller at the bottom screams when it runs! Terrible purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the reasons we choose LG is because the salesman said that Samsung is hard to repair and we are going to need a refrigerator and stove soon. Boy what a mistake. We have had this dishwasher for about 6 months now. It's the worst dishwasher ever. The top of the silverwear rack broke off after 2 washes. The adjustable stays on the the lower rack always fall over and never stay in place. The 3 rack is useless unless you are just using it for silverwear. Becuase there isn't enough space for anything else on there. It stinks all the time, unless you use soap that has chlorine bleach in them. Which I'm not about to put on my dishes that I eat off of. Becuase it doesn't clean very well we have to use the heavy cycle that take 2hrs and 24 mins. My old dishwasher that was from 1994 cleaned better than this one. The only one positive I can say it that it is very quite. If I could return this I would do it in a heart beat.

Doesn't get dishes clean

With this machine I need to pre-rinse all my dishes, make sure they're loaded far apart and set on "heavy" to assure that they get clean. I also need to use a rinse agent. And let's not forget that the cycle takes almost 3 hours. Tried to return, but seller wouldn't take it.
