Overall an excellent Dishwasher

Overall this is an excellent dishwasher. The lower rack and silverware baskets could be improved. The lower rack has some spacers that are wider than others, causing dishes to fall over. These may be intended for serving dishes or pots and pans, but are ineffective for holding regular dishes. If you use more than one plate per person (salad, meal and dessert) you will need to be creative in loading the bottom rack. The silverware baskets have too many covers, handles, etc. for easy loading. Dishwasher does a good job of cleaning.

Dishwasher Cleans Great

I've had several dishwashers over the years, but none cleaned as well as this dishwasher. Also love the 3rd rack on top for smaller delicate items!
Pros: Performance, Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings, Quality

Plates fall like dominoes in lower rack

This is a great looking dishwasher with 2 problems. Plates fall like dominoes in the lower level which tells that the quality testing department did no testing at all. Second of all the water does not drain very well at all.

Do Not Buy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher 8 months ago. Immediately I was dissatisfied with my purchase. I just found out I can return it and I will be doing that soon.
* The bottom rack constantly falls out of the tracks
* The utensil holder will break apart if you lift it from the dishwasher, spilling all of your utensils on the floor (damaging my wood floor)
* The rack rows will not stay upright
* The top 3rd row will never clean your utensils
* As a whole, this dishwasher will not clean your dishes despite 2 1/2 hours of washing. I thoroughly rinse my dishes and use top quality dishwasher liquid to no avail.
I have moved quite frequently over the last 20 years and have much experience with many dishwashers. I can honestly say this is the worst dishwasher I have ever owned. Please spend the few extra dollars and save yourself from having to haul this back to the store!

Racks rusted through

Reason for low score is that our racks at about 5 years have completed rusted through and broken. extremely disappointed in the quality of coating. Dishwasher works great otherwise.

Dishes clean; frustrating wheels!

The dishwasher is great cleaning the dishes wise. The extremely frustrating part is pulling and pushing the bottom rack in/out of the appliance. The wheels are too small and continually slip off track!! Continually!!!!!!! I have to pick up the rack... with and without dishes/pots/pans in the rack...in and out of the dishwasher. This should not be happening at all being the dishwasher appliance has been on production since 1924. Yes, engineers have updated it through the years but overall, it’s the same concept. Which engineer thought it a great idea to put smaller wheels on a track...it doesn’t fit?!

Rusted racks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second lg dishwasher I have owned . Loved my first one But this one has severe rust on the rack. Highly disappointed in the quality of the racks. I should not have to buy a new one already due to rust.

Rusting problem

Wouldn't recommend this dishwasher. It cleans the dishes, but over time both of the racks have rusted badly and it seems to be quite difficult to replace them.
