Great features but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really loved all of the functionality of this dishwasher, but there are just a few things that have bothered me after using it for a little while now.
First off, the smell when dishes are in there (anything from a couple to fully loaded) REEKS. I always pre-wash dishes with water to get the most of the food off of what is put in, but something about the stainless interior keeps the smells trapped? Not sure why but it has been really awful at times.
Although having FULLY adjustable racks is very convenient when putting in different dishes, I have noticed that sometimes they do not stay in place when they are needed. One example would be when I place bowls facing outward on the top rack to nest into each other, the adjustable prongs on the sides sometimes get pushed by the bowls and adjust themselves.
One last thing that has been a bit problematic is the drying features. I know there is a drying option, but when we choose that with the 'auto' wash it never fully dries everything. Not the biggest of problems but at least something to mention.
Other than those three issues, it has been fine. I think it looks great and does the job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the soap dispenser lid does not shut properly, my glass dishes fall forward into each other and the bottom rack does not stay on the track so when it is fully loaded I have to try and lift the heavy rack back onto the track. I have never had a problem with my dishes falling over until I purchased this dishwasher.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
