Excellent product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] May 20, 2017 I bought this dishwasher 9 months ago (Aug 5, 2016) and all in all it surely washes the dishes well. Even the normal setting, however takes substantially over 2 hours to complete. I've had to have it serviced once prior to today (don't recall why) and it looks as though I'm going to need it serviced again. Currently, although one can choose ½ load, you must then choose upper rack or lower rack. In 9 months this is the first time I've attempted this setting and no matter what I do, it refuses to allow a choice of lower rack. In fact, now that I've chosen ½ load, it will ONLY indicate that its going to clean the upper rack. This is annoying. I hope I have at least a one year warranty on this darn thing.
Pros: Features/Settings, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in January and overall it is great!!! The only reason I gave a 4 star is die to the fact that the bottom rack can get off track and is sometimes difficult to get back on track!

SS Front Panel shows every speck of water
