Love the adjustable racks!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is the quietest dishwasher I have ever owned. The rack layouts are not exactly space efficient, but similar to all the newer models, and I'm getting use to them. I haven't decided yet whether or not I really like the third rack for silverware, but I have issues with it knocking down glassware in the rack below when I pull it out. The lower rack for dishes, etc. tends to fall of the track whenever you pull it out to load dishes and that is very frustrating. Depending on what you have loaded, it can be very difficult to get back on track. Our previous dishwasher was approximately 25 years old and the layout of all the new dishwashers seemed to be very similar, but I think it was more space efficient.
I was very disappointed it isn't capable of air drying. I think that is a waste of energy and totally unnecessary.
Pros: Performance, Quality

We are not very happy with this dishwasher. The cycles are really long. Some are 3 hours long. It did not dry the dishes until I used the rinse agent. The racks are not user friendly. Some dishes have to go one way and some another or they tip over. Glasses do not fit in glass slots very well and tip.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Design and construction of 2nd and 3rd racks could be significantly improved. 2nd shelf hight adjuster sometimes slips causing the rack to fall to the lowest position. 3rd rack has no height adjustment so its very limited as to what types of silverware can be placed in it, also guides for holding silverware are to small.
Rack 2nd and 3rd rack glides could be better constructed they tend to stick.
Poor Wifi capability. Tried to use wifi capability to diagnose an issue, couldn't get to work nor could LG customer service. get to work.
Would be nice if control panel buttons lit up so you could see them prior to selection.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nothing fits right

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this dishwasher for two months and am not impressed with the layout of the 'prongs'. None of my dishes fit well. My old dishwasher cradled them just right and was intuitive. I like the third rack, but would trade it for lower and upper racks that fit my dishes well.

Extremely quiet!

I do have 2 complaints, it seems to go through an extraordinary amount of rinse aid and I don't like the compartment you put it in. Previous dishwashers seemed to have a better compartment. Also I was excited about that top third rack for flatware but I find I can't put tall glasses in. Also my glasses seem to fall over.

I bought this dishwasher a few months ago and it does t dry the dishes completely. There is a repair person coming Monday, Sept. 26 to hopefully, fix the problem.
