[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Directions are hard to follow the first few times so you need the book to make sure you are pressing the right buttons. Runs extremely quiet. Cleans very well. Only problem is the third rack. It should snap into place instead of just laying in place. More than enough room for ALL of your dishes, pans and pots, silverware, cups and glasses. Adjustable racks a big plus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does a great job of getting the dishes extremely clean and if I ever need more drying time or a longer wash cycle there is an option for that plus it is very very quiet. I am very satisfied with this purchase and in the future when I need new appliances I will definitely be looking at LG.

Dissatisfied since installation

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher about 1 year ago and have been dissatisfied since it was installed. I have to pre-wash all my dishes before I put them in the dishwasher. While the 3rd rack on top is a good concept, it doesn't clean any of the utensils put up there. The bottom rack falls off the track constantly and the utensil holder also comes apart frequently, again, not cleaning your silverware unless you pre-wash. When plates are loaded on the bottom rack they lean instead of staying upright. The indicator light for when the cycle is complete only stays illuminated for about 30 minutes. So if someone else runs the dishwasher and you are not home to hear the audible tone, you won't know if the dishes are clean. The only good thing about this dishwasher is that it is very quiet.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Long Cycles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this dishwasher for our newly remodeled kitchen. Although I love the appearance of it, the normal cycle takes nearly 2 1/2 hours and the dishes come out looking streaky. Also the black stainless finish chips and scratches very easily.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've been using this product so about two months now and have been very satisfied with its performance to date. It cleans well and it configured well. The third, upper rack took a little getting used to - initially we would pull it out thinking it was the middle rack and felt it was a bit pointless. Now was use it regularly for knives, Nalgene caps, larger utensils - it's just a case of remembering to empty them out!!

not really loving it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We took the top rack out because it made the glasses rack too short. Also the plates don't sit well on the bottom rack. they fall forward all the time. We have an LG Microhood we bought a year or so ago and we like that. We were planning on converting all our appliances to LG but now we are not so sure.
