3rd Rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher almost a year ago and live the 3rd rack for placing large utensils on and kids cup tops. I also love where you can adjust the settings on each rack depending on what you need .
Pros: Style/Design, Performance, easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned a number of dishwashers. This one cleans very well even if cycles are a bit long. One important and bothersome issue is the bottom rack which tends to fall off its track. Frustrating and not easy to put back. Drying mechanism is different and produces mixed results. Otherwise internal organization is clever and operation is very quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features but some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look of the unit. 3rd rack is great. Unfortunately, there are two features I do not like. The brackets are adjustable which is nice, but they fall down all the time. They do not lock in secure enough to stay until I choose to move them. The other issue is if the door is not completely open (which is a very low opening door) the bottom rack falls off the track. You have to lift the whole rack even if full of dishes to put back on track.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So quiet, can hardly hear it running! Very roomy ,easy to load. I gave it a 4 because on the rinse cycle, the dishes stay very wet. Could be the operator, because it had lots of features I haven't figured out yet. Great cleaning also

Not sold on design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and quality of the dishwasher but the inside design is less than desirable. The upper cup rack has an angled design which makes it hard for cups and other things to sit properly. With all the adjustable prongs, they don't line up correctly and make it awkward to load plates and bowls. Love my old simple dishwasher design MUCH better. I believe they tried TOO hard to make something special and made it difficult to load. I'd take it back if I had another choice to match my other appliances. Overall rating....not very happy.

OK but not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top 3rd rack doesn't clean things as well as bottom 2 racks. It is very quiet dishwasher which I appreciate. I don't like the finger prints on the front being stainless.

hard to clean

this product always looks like it has drips or streaks on the front. I have tried numerous ways to make it shine but have not been able to find anything that works.
