To many folding tines. Awkward silverware basket. Needless top 3rd pull put tray. Cleans well. Tub warped waiting for unit to be replaced.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice features but doesn't always clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dishwasher for over 6 months. We usually have to run it on the HEAVY cycle in order for everything to come out clean. If we don't run it on the heavy cycle, we get film on glasses and sometimes on other dishes and silverware (and yes, we do use a rinse agent). We have tried both gelpacs and solid tablets and both do the same thing.
We have also noticed that the racks (including the 3rd rack) are getting a little hard ("sticky like") to slide in and out. This is probably due to our hard water.
Overall, we have not noticed a tremendous improvement over the dishwasher it replaced which was many years older. So yes, I am somewhat disappointed in the dishwasher.

Nice looking oven

My only complaint is the top mounting screws are not as close to the wall as my old microwave. My house is about 30 years old and the microwave was probably replaced at least once. The old top screw holes are set back about 2 to 3 inches. This new unit barely caught the shelving (which is 9" deep). Other than that it seems a great unit.
