C+ on a good day and D- on a bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After a year of use, I would give this dishwasher a C+ on a good day and a D- on a bad. Good point: During it's (2hrs & 20mins!) run cycle, it is super quiet. Bad: It is very hard to know if it's still running or finished. Granted, communication between spouses is important. But there are more important things to talk about than our dishwasher cycle. The biggest problem for me is loading it. I waste too much time (time I'm never getting back, by the way) rearranging the loaded dirty dishes. Plates are falling over, cups aren't lining up, etc. The prongs are not a good design. Still haven't figured out the right configuration for our dishes. We have the LG frig, microwave and gas range. All of which I love. This dishwasher needs some design improvements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Dishwasher, one annoying problem

Overall, I am completely satisfied and have had no major problems. The one reoccurring issue is with the bottom rack. It constantly jumps off track and does not roll properly into the machine. It is very frustrating for a premium washer to fight with the bottom rack everytime it is used.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My contractor told me about this product that he used in another kitchen, and told me they really liked it. I decided to give it a try and am glad I did, it looks really good in the kitchen and the best part is how quiet it is, you don't even know it's running.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks nice, quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher was purchased about a year ago. It works best, in our house, with a "Normal" wash cycle and no rinse agent. This dishwasher is very quiet. For our house, it doesn't clean the dishes as well as our previous dishwasher. Fingerprints are very apparent. The wash cycles are lengthy. Wish we had gone with the steam model.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dishwasher. It is super quiet and has a lot of features. A couple of cons are the top rack is not very useful and the description states it comes with a power cord; however, I never found one and use the one from my previous dishwasher.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Looks super modern with the buttons on top under the counter top. Best feature is how whisper quiet it is.
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality

Murky controls, burning odor.

We have owned this dishwasher for a little over a year and have had the same problem from day one. When in the drying part of a cycle it emits a burning smell that permeates the whole first floor of my home. The tech's have been out 3 times and have replaced the potted circuit board in the door each time and also replaced the pump/heater assembly one time. Each time the burning smell does not abate. It gets steadily worse as time goes and on each load it increases. I have to run the dishwasher with the range hood on and a window open to prevent the overpowering stench.
