Cleans well, but terrible racks and organization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is super quiet and cleans really well. But, it totally falls apart for the racks. The top rack rusted in multiple spots after only one year. The organization of the racks is terrible -- the adjustable pieces don't hold their place and fall and the non-adjustable ones are at too steep of any angle to hold cups. It's just a really poor design. I do like the black stainless, which doesn't show fingerprints.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] there can be an improvement on the bottom rack that holds the dishes, the tines should be taller and slanted somewhat to hold big heavy plates so they do not fall against another plate

Trouble with the racks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher about 4 years ago. We chose this one because it had the 3rd rack, which is amazing, and because the black stainless is finger print resistant, which it definitely is.
The trouble started about a year into owning it. The racks started rusting through. Luckily, they were all covered under warranty and the customer service people were amazing. They gave me no trouble at all when requesting replacements. But I feel there is something wrong with the racks themselves if I've had to replace every rack in the first 3 years of owning the dishwasher.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Performance
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cute but not as durable as we wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this in 2015 and it says it comes with. 10 year warranty but that doesn’t include the motor(replaces in 2019) or the racks. The plastic on the racks are splitting causing sharp metal to stick out.

Very Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] PRO: Dishwasher works very well, dishes always come out clean. Very quiet operation with the loudest noise being a variety of whines as it gears up and down between cycles.
CON: All 3 racks have rusted out and have been replaced under the LG extended 5 year warranty for rusty racks. This is obviously a known problem because the printed warranty doesn't mention 5 years.

Quiet and efficient.

Very quiet

Have had this dishwasher for five years and it does a great job very quiet and great looks. Would have been a five star but the black stainless version tends to peel which really because an eye sore. Have call and both refrigerator and dishwasher fronts have been replaced but still have issues understanding the age I do expect Norm wear but it peels in areas where no wear should appear repair man said it's common since it's a cheap coating but cost so much extra to get. I feel there should be a better way to have the beauty of black stainless without the worry of it peeling
