need to contact customer service, this ink is printing in blue, NOT black! even though the printer preferences have been set to print in grey scale, and use only black cartidge. NOT HAPPY!

I use mostly OEM Inkjet Cartridges for my old HP Inkjet printer. I don't like the quality of the after market cartridges. I have found that HP offers a good price & free shipping for the cartridges that I use. Other online sites have not been able to compete with HP for price, availability, delivery, & overall cost.

Had an old printer that had been retired for several years in favor of newer HP model that scans and faxes that had been retired for a while. Needed a printer a Lodge and the older one was satisfactory for that. Popped in the two new (HP 27 and HP 28 cartridges), fiddled with it for ~5-6 minutes and low and behold - perfectly sharp readable print.
