it worked like it was suppose to, i purchased a reuseable ink cartridge and it didnt work. The HP 27 arrived 4 days ahead of schedule.

At least one of the cartridges seems to lose its contact and the printer gives me an error message. Generally open top and re-install the cartridge. The cartridge works flawlessly once it starts. This is the only time for this to happen on a printer!
