Great service

This product works very efficient for the reasonable price. However, I did have an issue with the machine 2 times. Giving the product a 5 star due to Epson's excellent customer service. Each time I had an issue they resolved it right away and send a new machine, no charge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A bad buy

I've had this printer for a few months and have had issue after issue. The scanner link to the computer keeps breaking and it gets so many paper jams when trying to fax documents that I've given up. It's already been replaced under warranty once and I want to toss the replacement in the trash.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Black ink does not print even after new refills

Hate to post negative but I've found this all in one to be nothing short of frustrating. After shelling out funds after funds on ink, I can say with certainty that the printer won't print black effectively and in most cases not at all. As a freelancer, I need my equipment to work and to work effectively enough that I'm not wasting time having to trouble shoot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far this has been a decent printer/scanner/large print maker.
It works for me.
What I would love to see is a bulk ink system incorporated into it and not just the expensive XL cartridges (which only seem to be a bit more full than the regular ones).

Very Good printer

This is a great print for the money. It does everything for home use and if you own a business. My only complaint is it does`nt come with how to use manual! If you want one you have to print over 300 pages.

Recently purchased and my initial impression is very positive. Easy to set up, I did mine with the wireless function. Excellent print & copy quality. Does 11 by 17 paper size. For the money, excellent buy.
