The WorkForce Wf-7610 All-in-One Printer certainly has a comprehensive list of features that make it worthy of its "All-in-One" designation. But it is the intuitive formatting and easy process to access and customize these features that make it so user-friendly. I can quickly and easily change the format of of a scan from a pdf to a JPEG, the save location from a flash drive to my computer and the resolution from standard to extra-fine and then save the whole template for future projects just as easily. The same flexibility is available for printing as well. The finished products, whether a simple document, presentation or photo are exceptionally detailed and sharp. I have used the 7610 for photos from 4x6 up to large format, printed on heavy stock, done two sided printing and more, all with the same high-quality, flawless results.
I love the exceptionally large 254XL black cartridge. It saves time and money by substantially reducing the replacement schedule.
I do lots of diverse printing and scanning for home, hobbies and work. I had never owned an Epson product, but I had accepted the constant replacement and upgrades due to mechanical failure as a fact of life. Then I added an Epson Artisan 1430 Large format printer and lo and behold, I realized that I had been fooled for all of these years. I found I could actually enjoy quality printing AND long-term reliability. Additionally , Epson customer service has been nothing short of spectacular, a welcome change from what I had grown accustomed to accept.
I would recommend Epson products without hesitation or reservation for the Customer Care alone, but add the reliability and printing quality and honestly believe there is no other reasonable choice for a printer.

Although this is a wide format printer, when printing in regular letter is will lose registration and lines of print "droop". Printing that line in a drooling fashion. Also the black ink isn't very black more like dark grey.

great printer for the price. I'm a mechanical engineer so for my home office the wide format was a must. 11 x 17 is a standard B size print and it gives great results. I did have to tweak the presets a bit to get the kind of print that worked for mechanical drawings, but other than that a super printer so far. The wireless setup is easy and works well. have not figured out yet if you can enlarge a copy though. Anyway would recommend the purchase to others. I actually have 2 of them one for the office and one for home.

Would have been 5 Stars except, the wrong power card was included. A two (2) prong power cord instead of the required three (3) prong cord. Assembled by: PIP0370 A.R.
Otherwise every thing is OK!

The WF-7610 does a great job. I use it at home for a variety of printing and copying/scanning jobs. I like it's speed, the ability to print both sides and the ability to copy a stack of pages. I like it so much after using it for a few months that I got a second one to hook to the PC in my shop.

In printing documents of Microsoft Word, irregular lines are faint and blurred. I tried everything to find the cause but have failed. My grade for this priduct is D-./

Instruction book needs to be rewritten to include interface connection with a computer and to explain all the functions including how to print an envelope.
