Love This One !!

I bought this printer a couple of months ago. This is my first Epson. I had always bought my printers from another company, but not any more. I am now a HUGE fan of Epson. I love all the features, especially the wide scanner. Print and pictures come out beautiful. Love, Love, Love it !!!

We bought this for our small business a month ago and so far everything about it works great! It is so nice to buy something that meets your expectations! It was easy to connect wireless to our computers. The ADF paper feed works great for copying and scanning. the large bed for scanning is great, we have printed on 11 x 17 and it works great! We like the interface on the little screen...the instructions are very clear and easy to understand (good for non-techies). The only thing we haven't set up is cloud printing and faxing. Ona scale of one to five, I give it a six! Really!

Over all this is an excellent buy. The ability to handle large paper and scan large items is a great advantage. Print quality is as good or better than many other more expensive printers. If there is a negative it would be that it does not auto sense the paper size and has to be set manually, not a big issue once you get used to it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor reliability

9 months old and I get a 0x97 error which bascially means the printer is useless. It work well up until then and I liked that I was able to scan to a USB which was accessible via the network. Since it was under warranty Epson replaced it was a visibly worn refurbished unit which prints but now I am not able to access the usb via the network. So they basically replaced one problem with another. The last Epson I'll ever buy

Scanning takes about a full minute per page

Awful. I bought this because I needed something that I could scan larger sized documents on. As a scanner, this product is the worst I've ever encountered. I'm going to have to return it.

I just set this up, and the process was relatively simple. Everything seems so clear and straightforward. The test sheets printed nicely. Can't wait to give this baby a real whirl with some challenging printing of envelopes, brochures, posters, etc.

Great printer esp for the cost

Have owned almost 1 yr. Love the size (scan and print), printing both sides, auto scan feed and card stock feed. Makes perfect cards (pop-up) and prints exact 1:1 CAD files

I received and installed my printer on 2/6/17 and the set up went well with no problems. The WF 7610 is performing well with no issues. I am pleased with this product with no complaints. This purchase was a wise investment.
