The Epson WF-7610 is a great computer for contractors. I am able to print out plans to bid at using 11X17 paper. It also prints out professional invoices and the things we need. Our kids can also use it to create great looking school projects.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Epson continues to be the best

This is probably the 5th printer I have owned by Epson and they haven't let me down yet. I have my 7610 set up with a Continuous Ink System and I love it. The extra large scan area is wonderful I can set up two pages at a time to scan or if I have a lot of pages I can use the automatic feeder which works perfectly. Setting it up and using is a piece a cake. Overall the quality is 5 out of 5 stars

WorkForce WF-7610 Excellent Photo prints 4-6" to 13x19"

Printer was delivered by FedEx on scheduled delivery date. Setup and software installation was very easy. Setup instructions are on one sheet and all software is easily installed from a CD-ROM. When software is installed the setup program automatically checks for an updated version of the software on the Epson.com website. The newest version of the software is installed after prompting the user.
The LCD ink cartridge status display is easy to use and very accurate; I shake a cartridge the recommended 4-5 times and print color is very good. Groves on the ink cartridge and in the
Print cartridges are very easy to install. Groves on each cartridge and in the cartridge holder ensure a color cartridge is installed the correct way.
Edge guides in the paper cassette are very easy to use and insure that paper is loaded correctly to prevent paper jams. 13"x19" (A3+) paper can be loaded into the cassette tray and into the paper
rear feed. When you insert sheets into the rear feed, the printer advances the paper to the correct position so that the entire page is used.
Incredible pictures using 13"x19" (A3+), 11.7"x16.5" (A3), 8.5"x11", 5"x7" and 4"x6" paper. Epson Photo Paper Glossy and Premium Presentation Paper Matte look better than other brands of same type of photo paper; I have decided to only use Epson paper for photos.

I work as a design professional and have been seduced into buying Epson printers time and again. Each time, I kick myself wondering why because every single one of them has had a horrible track record. I've managed to reset this so now that it's working, but I keep waiting for it to stop working at any moment. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's giving me problems within the first ream of paper. Fortunately I only use this at home for the occasional document, but not for career purposes.

Disappointing

We purchased this possibly a year ago. Worked fine up until four months ago. The ink will not print. Had brand new cartridges in several times, cleaned the heads at least a dozen times, wasted so much paper, did absolutely nothing. So this printer just sits. Not worth a penny. EXTREMELY UNHAPPY. WILL NOT buy another Edson again. Will not even recommend them. No where to get it fixed. Ink extremely expensive. The copy doesn't work. I could go on and on but it just frustrates me. Not worth the breath.

I've been using this printer for 3-4 years? Not sure, but a really long time. But I've been happy with every Epson I owned. This printer is great since it is a larger form factor and can handle larger paper sizes.

I bought this to scan and print tabloid pages. It does a super job the only draw back is when you print on high quality it uses ink, but the printing results out weigh the cost of the ink.

Print Head troubles

I have had two of these over the past 2 years. They don't seem to last an entire year. The first one started getting back streaking and despite several attempts at cleaning, It didn't work. Thinking that It was a fluke, O bought another one. I have had it for 8 or 9 months and it too has started streaking with nothing working to fix it. I am not sure if these are made badly or it I am just doing something wrong. It kills me because when it is working, the photo quality and print quality is fantastic and I like the oversize printing capability.
