Frustrated

I have had this printer for about 3 weeks. It seems to use a lot of black ink. I print checks as well as many other project, and have had problems with the feed for the checks. I have tried several settings and am having some luck with "Preprinted Paper". I don't like the fact that I have to reset the paper choice each time I print.
Today, I planned to print some Avery labels - for some reason, they won't print full-page and I have yet to find a setting that will allow them to work correctly.
I am about ready to return the product and purchase something different!

Purchased the printer after going to store and making copies from some pictures to see how colors constrasted.
Placed camera card into the printer and printed a couple of pictures and everything was fine.
Purchased the printer and brought it home and was able to set it up quickly. Instructions were very complete and Cd loaded everything for me.
Think we will be happy with it as soon as we work with it and get used to the settings.
We had previously had a Epson printer, ans have had several others, my wife kept asking when are you going to get me another Epson so I can print my photos from online Ancestory sites and my Camera.
Now she has one, and I am happy for her.

Almost Perfect Setup

Except for Network setup or any pictorial direction to connection points on the WF-7610 it set up nicely. Pay attention to what NOT to do with an ink cartridge and search the left side for the USB and Ethernet jacks. WiFi failed WPS and static search, even though it could see the SSID. USB was the only solution and now I have to see if I can get network, Android app etc. set up as the setup wizards failed.

Nice printer, easy set up

I'm not the most technical man when it comes to computer usuage and new technology and this is my first WiFi printer to set up, but the all in one WorkForce WF-7610 is easy to set up and took care of getting an old bulky fax out of here as well as the printer and a separate scanner and it's all right by the desk but hooked up to the WiFi in the house so we can print from phones, tablets and laptops if that is what we're working from. Just set it up and got started and already very happy with the quality and quickness of the printer, not tried the other usages yet, but I'm sure it'll get plenty of use around here. Can't wait to see how printing photographs go after scanning them into the computer memory.

What I expected —with a hiccup

I have always had good experience with Epson products. From an R200 to a bed scanner to a 3540 now a 7610. I needed larger format printing and the 7610 delivers.
The paper feed is "sort a" —70% consistent. Duplex printing is "mostly". It sometimes prints the same page on both sides and then returns to two-page duplexing. Quiet, accurate register on output and likes ink. It is an Epson. Color sharpness is the best I've seen. It is an Epson. The price-value equation is impossible to beat.
Bought mine at "big box" office supply. Very good service and pricing.

The amount of Ink this printer with its little print cartridges uses is obscene.

Scanning issues
on December 29, 2014

I purchased this all in one mainly because I do large format print jobs and scanning. I have just found out that this product does not have editable scanning features. This is a big disappoint to me. My old scanner (HP) had this feature which was a plus when scanning documents. I made the wrong choice on this one.
