Work Force 7610 review

I have been buying this machine since the earlier 7510 model. It is a great printer at a great price. An 11x17 scanning bed and ability to print 13x19 make it a great value. I prefer it over the 7620 with the multiple paper feeds ---I had that one and sold it to a friend because I could never get it to choose the correct paper tray. Could be I just wasn't smart enougfh to figure it out. Anyway, I love the 7610 and give it my highest recommendation.

Fast/Easy

Well first, our old Epson died...I had called for help and when we decided it couldn't be saved (software issue). . they directed me to the Loyalty Program. I was able to get a replacement that's actually much better. It was offered for a short span of time. It arrived today and I was able to get the whole set-up done without calling for help...it's VERY easy and took less than an hour. I'm very impressed - PLUS, it makes great copies, is fast and quiet. Thank you Epson. Anna

such a waste of time and money! wow , I had to reinstall to get it to print, the quality of print is dull and colors are awful. I used other epsons, but I'm looking for another brand for what I wanted this for. I've been working on this for 3 hours straight. and I still am having trouble.

Quit printing after 348 pages

The WF-7610 quit printing after 348 pages. While it did print the quality was ok but somewhat fuzzy at times. The 11x17 printing was nice while it worked. Scanning worked. Never got to try the Wi-Fi or other functions before it quit working. Not worth the money because of the short life time, less than 500 pages. Almost a $1/page. If you just throw it way after the first set of ink cartridges are used up you will be better off, just consider it disposable like the cartridges.

A MANUAL SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THIS ALL IN ONE AND NOT JUST AVAILABLE ONLINE. IT HAS GREAT FEATURES BUT TO ME IT IS COMPLICATED AND I COULD HAVE USED A MANUAL TO REFER TO STANDING IN FRONT OF THE PRINTER. 70 PAGES IS A LOT TO PRINT OUT.

worst purchase ever

I rarely leave negative reviews but this is it. This printer has been on my nerves for over a year. I bought a new one on amazon with a 1 year warranty. After a minor use (im just an artist who prints 5-10 pics a week), it stopped printing. The service was good and I got it replaced with a refurbished one in which the scanner was really off! They exchanged it again for another refurbished version (although i paid a full price for a new one) and it did work for a while until the day, the printer stopped printing again. i cleaned it numerous times with no success. after over a year of use, i'm ready to throw it out already! And did you know how much their cartridges cost? I used a pack trying to clean it! DON'T buy this product!

Beautiful printer but very hard to set up and there are no instructions as to "How To" without calling Epson several times.
