Epson WorkForce WF-7610 All-in-One Printer

The workforce 7610 works great. It is great having a machine that works as copier,scanner, printer and fax machine. The print quality is very good. I use it quite extensively to print my post cards for one of my businesses and important documents for my other business. I would highly recommend this product for any small business just starting out to give your business a professional look at a reasonable cost.

Very easy to set-up! I would recommend this printer, after setting up so many this by far has been the easiest to set up wireless.

I literally just received this printer. It took me all of 15 min to set up and print. I have already installed everything and also printed from my phone and computer. So far everything has been great. I am hoping that this printer is a little better on ink than our last.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The setup was AWFUL. I spent 3 hours and had to do it 6 times to get a successful setup. I have never had these types of issues with other printers before.

poor print quality

The text quality of the printer renders it useless. I will return or discard. Tried new cartridges, printer head cleaning and alignment, printing from various computers. All text is unreadable, even the text from the printer's self-generated test pages. I would not use this product to print a grocery list.

This review is for the setup process

This took me several hours to set up due to the fact that it is not explained in the instructions where the 'paper cassette' is. The diagram made it look like it was in the back of the machine. So I took apart the whole back, trying to find the stupid paper cassette. Finally I turned it around and started taking apart the front. The limited instructions could be made more detailed so this would not have happened.

I have been trying for two days to print with Epson Connect. If I cannot connect within the next few days this printer is going to be returned to the store and I will purchase a different brand.
I have always used Epson printers for business at New Mexico State University and my residence. I will not recommend further use of Epson Printers due to installation issues.
