worked with Jennifer for maybe an hour on the phone, she was GREAT!!! and using the CD to complete my wireless on my laptop was real user friendly.

Very Disappointed

This system was touted as a work horse that produced laser quality printing. That is far from the truth, it looks like an average ink jet print. this is an expensive model to then go on sale two days after I purchased this unit. I am very disappointed

Nice printer. Could be little more streamlined. Big OX is basically set Up for Office Environment use.

Replacing WF-7520

I just brought home the new WF-7610. Backside paper feed should work better than the older WF-7520. Started having problems with the two year old WF-7520 and new problems kept increasing. Hope the new one works out better.

Reputation is Important

I purchased and just installed this WF 7610 All in One Printer based on the fine performance of an EPSON projector I acquired about two years ago. I desired a printer that could print photographs above the normal 8X10 inch size on fine photography paper that is thicker than the normal paper many use. I am looking forward to checking out this printer to ascertain if it meets the reviews and reputation that I have learned to trust about EPSON products.
