Beautiful product! Wonderful printer! Best speed and color I've seen. I use it mainly for professional photography and I find the prints to be outstanding! Best part is having the option to print in large format up to 13 x19. Most printers don't do that but this one does and that helps me to increase my business which is always a great thing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very good printer and scanner. The ADF scan facility is awesome for all types of scanning- 11x17, double sided and so on. Excellent for the price.

WF-7610 Warranty Service

Just received the warranty service printer to replace the same product purchased from Best Buy web services. The first unit had a hardware problem and would not complete setup.
A few things to note:
o The unit received was missing the following pieces: power cord, instruction manual and setup guides, the install disk for the PC/MAC.
o The new unit was neatly taped up.
o The new unit prompted for the ink cartridges, which the former unit did not.
o The unit completed the initialization successfully.
o The unit was successfully connected to the WIFI with only moderate searching the menu. ... The setup instruction booklet would have been helpful.
The shipping of faulty hardware was handled by Epson.
I will be contacting to obtain a power cord, the warranty and installation disks.

This printer was the best purchase I could have made. The price was right for my budget and I am thoroughly enjoying all of the features to include (but not limited to) 11x17 page printing, hands free two sided printing, faxing and WiFi printing capabilities

Easy

The installation CD did not want to work. So I used the online support link written on my invoice, I've never found drivers as easy as this. Everything installed quite trouble free.
The Scan which I bought this for is FAST and is producing scans better then the last 2 manufactures all in ones would produce for me, PLUS this is an 11 x 17 scanner. regular printing was fast and easy too compared to my last manufactures multi machines too.
All I can say is, what took me so long to try an Epson Multi?

Excellent machine

I've had this all in one for a bit over six months now. No complaints, it does everything I need it to do. Like the four ink cartridges because they do all run out differently. It is a little noisy on start up and resetting after ink change - but not too bad. Nice crisp images and easy setup for WiFi with my PC and Apple products.

Wide Printer

This printer was very easy to set up and connected to my network with out a problem. Prints on three hole paper. This was one of the requirements as I print a lot of manuals. The colors are good and all the print outs have been great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
