I bought it a month ago. It works great. It is very fast, prints great, ink lasts plenty and the price was great especially for a wide format printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Print head alignment & output problems

Gave this 2 stars only because of Epson's customer service (which is great). I have several Epson printers, most are excellent, however the WF-7610 that I have has never been able to print correctly. The alignment utility for this model is different than the WF-3500 series that I have, and is nearly unusable as none of the options on the vertical alignment print show any differences that can be used to actually fix the printer alignment. Multiple print head cleanings, guesses at alignment options, and calls to tech support have not resolved the issue. Epson is replacing the printer at no cost, so ++ for their customer service. Will see if the new unit works any better than the original one and update the review.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
