Prints are terrible, smudged ink, lines no well defined, very confusing to update software

just opened the box. install and set up done with Wi-Fi. printed test page, checked for updates, and there is a Firmware but now cannot find printer. not sure why they stopped talking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed a printer for doing much larger prints and for my photography and t-shirt business. I have had this printer for about a month or so and it's just amazing . Prints are lab quality,easy to setup and operate thru wifi and direct print. I love the print size it's produces.
I wish they would make this printer model into a CIS Tank system.I have a lot of business friends who would be very interested in if it came with that feature. Right now everyone in the t-shirt printing trade is getting this printer from another source named Cobra Ink because they offer a cis tank system on many epson printer models that are not supplied by epson. So hopefully Epson will doing something and make them themselves which will bring in more business..If Epson upgrades this printer size and other models to CIS Tanks I know many people that would buy from them instead...Lets make it happen Epson.

This product is great for printing 2-sided on legal paper which is the main reason I bought it. It's easy on ink and has good print speed. I would buy another Epson when I need another printer

Prints good BUT....

Too many problems with black ink. I have cleaned, flushed, aligned, etc... the black ink many times but I still have missing lines when I print in black and white. It is frustrating!
