Decent, but not great printer.

Print quality in general is okay, not great. The rear feed has only one roller and heavier paper is often misaligned as it is fed through the printer. This often skews the printing on the paper and severely reduces the reliability when trying to print on both sides of the paper for such items as playing cards. Borderless print quality is also unreliable and the printer generally prints in a darker tone rather than a true color match.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought the unit in June. Has printed in wireless mode very well. Scans Very Well! Keep making these please!

Bought it this year, along with 4 additional printers for coworkers. Printer is great for everyday work... records--and the like. The print from the smart phone feature is a time saver...use it often on inspections out in the field...

Prints well enough...

Prints well enough, but not always as crisp as I would like it. A very annoying complaint is that the feeder jams often. I haven't had the printer log enough for this to start happening, but it's after the warranty period, so I'm stuck! It's also rather big and heavy for the quality of the output.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this printer about 4 months ago and am very pleased with how it works and all of it's features. I can scan letter or legal and it will also print larger.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wide format, great print quality

I need a wide format printer, so, I got this one, the print quailty is great, but it uses far too much ink.

I bought this printer and it was updated to print in CISS, Sublimation Paper for printing specialties. Not many printers are able to be done this way and this printer is BEAUTIFUL!
