If I could write a review with negative stars I would. This is a piece of junk. You have to fight with it every time you want to print. When you want it to print from the rear it will not. When you try to print letter size the thing tries to print from the rear. What a pile of garbage. I'm heading our right now to buy a cannon...

Pure Unmitigated Junk

I've had this printer for two years and it's never worked well. The print quality is terrible, and the overall user interface is awful. Every time I print on another printer, and then return to the WF-7610 I get a message saying it can't print, something about a "crystal filter", I think. The scanner sometimes recognizes my computer, and at other times it doesn't . I've done firmware and driver updates and it still does not perform well. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

I purchased as a replacement of another Epson 4 year old all-in-one printer. Love the size of this one and the paper sizes. Only complaint is the inability to change the default settings. At least it allows for presets, so it is fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Apparently if you run out of one colour cartridge the printer bricks. What I thought was already the biggert piece of pooprinter Ive ever come across has just got a whole lot worse. Recommend Epson printers to people you hate.

Awful printer

This is the worst printer I have ever had. You can only load one page of A3 from the back, it refuses to print when not using genuine cartridges so will be expensive to run, very difficult to print anything A3, constantly having to go on the internet to find out why things are not working. Do not buy this printer!

After much research on all in ones for home use I purchased this workforce and am glad I did. It does everything I want it to do and is user friendly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been very pleased with my WF-7610 and it has consistently produced great results. I was drawn to it by its large format (A3) paper handling capabilities for both printing and scanning and it has not disappointed. The only minor negative I have is the sketchy documentation, leaving the owner to "puzzle out" some features. A physical handbook would be nice.
Granted, this is a minor point and in no way diminishes how well the printer has worked out. I would definitely buy another, particularly if it came with the Eco-tank feature (hint, hint).
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the worst printer I have owned and also the costliest. Quality of the copy is terrible. It is less than a year old and I am looking to buy another printer.
