Didn't last long.

I bought 2 of these printers, one for each of my offices. The printing worked very well especially for color renderings for 8-1/2 x 11 and 11 x 17. After about a year one printer's print heads went bad and I found they are not replaceable. The other printer will pull extra sheets for one document print it over several sheets wasting a lot of paper. We are still using one machine for scanning and copying and not able to use the color on the other. I would purchase an extended warranty if I were to purchase again.

i bought this at a great savings but even though I saved a lot on this Epson printer, I find it extremely sensitive and fragile to printing. First, it took along time and a lot of prompts to set it up. I never was informed the set up was "finished." Then, paper tray sensitivies and prompts that came up when paper size was incompatible. Then more than one piece of paper would come through, staggering the printing over the two or more pages. I am out of room to continue this critique. Let me finish by saying I am not satisfied with this product. It is big, heavy, fragile and each print job is always uncertain.

WF-7620 - Bigger is not Better

I am an Epson Printer Lover, but this WF-7620 is the worst Epson printer that I ever printed. I have owned it for approximately 109 days. Yesterday, I purchased an Epson WF-3620 to replace the WF-7620. From the very first day, the WF-7620 squeaked badly every time I printed with it. From the very first day, the WF-7620 guzzled ink like I was driving 120 miles an hour. I spent about 4 times as much on ink as I normally would in that time span. My advice is, don't waste your time & hard-earned money on this overweight, unsatisfactory printer.

14 MONTHS AND IT NO LONGER WORKS - OUT OF WARRANTY

Worked great for about 1 year. Now, it prints horribly and Epson says it's a "hardware failure." Also, even though there is less than 400 prints made on the machine, it is beyond the 1 year warranty and they will do nothing about it. Horrible product that doesn't last.
You think you are getting a lot for the money, but when you have to throw it away, and add up the cost per sheet at that time, it's terribly expensive actually.
Epson does not stand behind their products. Buyer beware.

I've had the printer a little over a year, and you guessed it!!! As soon as the warranty ran out, it broke!!! Unfixable under warranty.
I liked it when it worked. Good quality prints. Not too easy to used for a beginner, but had all the features I needed. Going to look for another printer now that this one is dead!!!

purchased this printer for the Wide Format capability. It prints well but colors are washed, not bright, not vibrant. I use Epson Dura bright Ultra Ink. Disappointing color quality. I am not in ECCO mode .. is there a way to fix ?

Not what I expected from reading the reviews

I've had the printer since November 2015. Since then I've discovered several things I don't like about the printer:
1. It goes through ink far faster than the published data would indicate.
2. The print quality, especially with graphics and images, doesn't seem much different than garden variety ink jets costing much less.
3. Today I started a print job that required two sided printing. I got through 10 30-page documents before the printer started jamming as it tried to print the second side. And when I cleared the jam, rather than reprint the jammed page it proceeded to the next page. The manual only tells you how to clear jams, not how to prevent jams. For it to start jamming on what is essentially its first major print job is disappointing.
