Terrible Dryer

This dryer is awful. It is not even a few months old and the sensor dry does not work, it will run forever, so I don’t feel comfortable turning it on and leaving it alone even for a short time without worrying it will burn the house down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor quality

I have only had this dryer for a few months and it will only run for a few minutes and shut off. It does so regardless of which setting I use.
I clean the lint catcher each time I go push the start button, every 5 min.
The duct and vent are also clear.
You should use higher quality parts or get a better QA.
There should be a Zero star rating.

We recommend resetting your dryer by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, this will require service by a qualified technician.
