Noisy from the beginning

I purchased this product due to it's advertised features. The dryer drum has made a scraping sound from the very beginning even before a load of clothes was put in the drier and to me that is unacceptable. My 28 year old drier it replaced was actually quiter. It takes much longer to dry clothes than my old 28 year old drier did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There are no bells and whistles, but the dryer is sufficient. It was installed by the builder of our new condo.

Sensor timing doesn't work

The dryer works great as long as the timer is set. The sensor drying doesn't work so the dryer just keeps running.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best dryer ever!

I’ve only had this dryer a couple weeks but I really like it. A load of towels is completely dry before the cycle is even finished. Cleaning the filter is so convenient.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i absolutely love the light inside the drier! It makes it so easy to find things. It's really quiet and i like that i can pick how loud i want to tone to be that way i can hear it from anywhere in the house.

I haven't used the many of the features on this dryer. I usually just use the timed drying. It seems to dry clothes faster than my old dryer, so I am pleased with it. I only gave it 4 stars because it is a bit noisy even turned on without anything in it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
