We have only had this dryer a week, but it has worked perfectly and has all the bells and whistles we need. Our last dryer was fully electronic and we won't do that again. Far less of a chance of things going wrong with this dryer! Very large capacity and dries quickly.

Terrible knob

I’m on my fourth or fifth replacement knob and I’m extremely careful when I turn it. Just broke again so now I’m searching for replacement. A service man generously gave my an extra last year because he said they break all the time. Poor design.
