I had a similar GE dryer for over 20 years and it worked like a champ. This new one appears to be the same. Works and drys beautifully. Very easy to use. Runs very quietly. I did not need or want all the bells and whistles of other "smarter" models.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features that are simple to operate and friendly feeling. Its warm interior drum light makes it easy to empty the contents. The dryer is extremely quiet running with an adjustable volume buzzer that will get your attention when the clothes are finished. I feel very satisfied with our purchase. Thanks GE. :o)
