Strings on clothes getting stuck inside on top.

We have had the washer and dryer set for about a year. Best washer and dryer ive ever had i love it. Both are big on inside and dryer dries fast. This last month all the clothes with strings have been getting stuck up in the inside somewhere up. Anyone else have this issue
