Hard to close

This dryer is not what I expected from GE. It’s difficult to get the foot closed and takes ages to dry. It doesn’t appear to have a high heat setting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had my new dryer for 3 weeks now and I’m really happy with it’s performance. My loads get dryer quicker and the amount of wrinkled clothing has been reduced. I’m a happy camper.

The dryer works great. The only thing I dislike is that the lint and hair that is supposed to go into lint catcher is sometimes all over the opening of the dryer. It’s almost like the holes to catch it are too big and it just come right back out.
