Just was delivered and set up. The delivery guy left and I pressed the button and a loud metal on metal sound while drum turns. Tried drying clothes and the sound was so loud I could not hear the tv. Looking to return.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No place for fabric softener.

Not good. You have to guess when it's the to add the softner. The signal to tell you the wash is done is so low you have to be next to the washer to hear it.

Rips clothes

The sensors near the lint trap have been catching my closest and tearing them apart. Most recently, two sweaters have had the zipper clamp and the hoodie string stilted and torn off. The sensors have also been ripped from the machine. Any advice?
