It wasn’t until I got the new dryer that I realized how old and poorly drying my old one was! Wish it had a specific permanent press dial option, but I am Learning the options functions

Hello- We are so sorry to hear you're having this issue with your new dryer. We will be happy to help! An electric dryer can run on partial voltage of 120 volts but it will not heat unless it has a 208/240V power supply. The circuit breaker could be partially tripped even if it doesn't look like it. We recommend flipping your breaker off for a couple minutes. Please see the troubleshooting link below:

At first glance this thing was like, where is the agitator at?? Then I could not find the water level or load size. I was so confused.
I finally took the laundry to the laundry mate AGAIN. Then grabbed up the manual and headed out to get the clothes done.
