Good for three years!

This was a great little dryer for three years. It’s broken and would cost more to fix than it’s worth. Not a great long term solution

Can't complain; this dryer really goes far!

This dryer came pre-installed in my new house and while it doesn't look as fancy as what you see in commercials, it's got some great power behind it. Every dryer setting I use with sensor-dry always dries my clothes perfectly, no matter the size of the load. The lint trap, dryer settings, etc. are all intuitive and easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We really liked our washer and dryer set. Our mistake was not having noticed that washing machine had no place for a soap or fabric softer dispenser but even so, the performance is great.

Does not dry. Even had a technician come out and install. Won’t be a month until GE sends someone to look at it

Hi there - We are so sorry that your dryer is not properly drying your clothes and that there's a long wait for a service appointment. This would be quite discouraging and we completely understand your disappointment.
If the dryer is not heating, it's possible that a fuse has been blown or the breaker has been tripped. We recommend checking the house fuse/circuit breaker box and replacing the fuse or resetting the breaker. It's important to note that most electric dryers use two fuses/breakers and your dryer may still tumble if only one fuse is blown or one breaker is tripped.
Additional troubleshooting tips can be found on pages 9 and 10 of the owner's manual: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-90543-2.pdf.
If you discover that you still require service, then we suggest scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your dryer.
