We had a service technician come and adjust the door. It was difficult to close firmly. He tweaked it in a few minutes, and all was OK.

Best dryer I have experienced

Frankly, my one year old is a messy queen. We are doing laundry about…every twenty minutes. What a pleasure it is to use this washer and dryer set. GE is reliable, gentle on our clothes but also dries efficiently. Our valuable pieces of clothing are treated delicately and our more rough pieces like towels come out fluffy and dried perfectly, every time.

No more wet spots! I haven't had to run an extra cycle yet - even for blankets, towels, etc.. and Items don't come out too hot.

Simple and easy to use. I prefer this type of dryer over the ones that have digital buttons. I like keeping it old school because these machines last longer.

Works fine. Enough features. Only electric cord is way too short. In my laundry room washer comes first then dryer and because of it length of cord was barely enough. So both units was placed very close to each other.
