We truly hate to hear you’ve had an issue with holes being left in your items – we absolutely wouldn’t expect our dryer to cause damage to your clothes, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience you’ve had. You may want to make sure any zips or buttons are fastened, and there are no items (such as a pen) in pockets that could be causing an issue. If you’re sure there are no unfastened/sharp items in the drum that could be causing the problem, you may want to contact our service department at 1-800-432-2737 or online at https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm . We do expect items to tumble and make contact with various components inside the drum, but would not expect clothes to get caught and damage to occur. A technician would be able to assist with determining the issue.
