Difficult to use

The dryer is very "tinny". I'm afraid I'll dent the door trying to close it. The settings are not very clear. I'd go for an upgraded model if I could return it. But at this time you are mostly limited to what is in stock.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This dryer was recommended to me by a person who has been in the appliance industry for a number of years. I love the features, it’s easy to use and dries my clothes completely, not like my other dryer. I also like the size which fits perfectly in my small laundry room. Wouldn’t trade it for nothing in the world.

Dryer stopped heating after 31 days, therefore would not dry.

Unhappy with the controls

I like that the dryer opening is higher than my last dryer.
I don't like that the control knobs turn without any clicking so I'm never sure if I'm getting the selection that I want.
