Affordable, has a nice interior light, dries fast, and has a large capacity. The extended duration is a nice feature to prevent clothes from becoming wrinkled.

My first choice

We wanted simple machines with electromechanical controls as close as possible to the GE pair which served us trouble-free since we bought them in 1984. We researched new machines online, went to a local store, confirmed that we liked the looks of them, and bought. There have been some refinements in the design but the controls are reassuringly familiar and we are very happy with our decision.

Good but not Great!

The dryer works well but there is a metal piece in the tub in front of the lint catcher that was bent and I have had to have a repairman out twice. It was not even a day old when I discovered it because it caught on my clothes. Other than that it seems good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
